Just watched the new 9 min "Special Trailer" for Kingdom Hearts 3D today, and I am SHOCKED. I guess they say the ending is gonna be shocking... So, is Riku gonna be the new hero of Light. From the cover art that was just revealed this week, and the 9 min trailer...
We see the characters from the World Ends with You, newly shown Atlantica world being confirmed (Ursula returning), Sora in The World That Never Was (fighting Braig and Braig surrounding him by hooded organization members).
And we see at one point Tron turning evil, and Sora clutching his heart/chest in presumed pain...
Then, we see Mickey and Riku jumping up in the room of Sleep/Awakening to a... Sleeping Sora??? Then Xemnas grabs Mickey by the throat! And slams Riku down holding him down!
And Master Xenahort is watching from behind...
Sora is surrounded by dark organization members, and young Xenahort reaches out his hand to him cloaked in darkness...
We see young Riku (in darkness), then VANITAS with New Dark Armor, a defeated Ven laying on the ground in his armor, Namine, then Xion, (both sad looking), current Kairi and Riku, then Aqua and Terra....
Then, we see a hooded red-eyed figure in a hood, then...
Sora sitting asleep in a throne surrounded by Organization figures...
EPIC TRAILER ENDING! OMFG!
I am sooo buying this game to see Sora fall into the darkness, and now we all know what the boxart should mean!!!!
